You're looking in the wrong places or doing the wrong things to get their attention. It helps to have your shit together. No woman wants a guy who isn't taking care of his finances or has tons of baggage like baby mama drama. She's most likely already raised her kids so she doesn't want to start over with you. Most older women that like younger men still want the same refinement that a mature and confident man would have. Just in a younger, more virile package.

There seems to be some sort of myth out there that all women over thirty are desperately horny and in need of younger men. I myself do enjoy younger men, but more for their vigor and vitality than any form of desperation. However, that doesn't mean I'll let any young guy fuck me just because he wants to. Age is but a number. I found an older woman, purely by accident. She made ur cleat what she expected, and I was okay with that. Wanted to build a relationship on more than just sexual desire desire.
